Kiki Mattress - President & Founder

Founder and President of the Society of Future Nurse Anesthetists (SFNA), a national nonprofit empowering ICU nurses and aspiring CRNAs through mentorship, education, and community.

Practicing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) since 2018, providing anesthesia care across multiple specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and pediatrics.

Over two decades of experience in healthcare, beginning as a Surgical Technologist and progressing through critical care nursing to advanced anesthesia practice.

Speaker, mentor, and educator with a passion for helping nurses unlock their professional potential and pursue advanced practice roles.

Holds a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of New England, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina Upstate, and multiple healthcare certifications including ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
